My art develops from places I visit. I capture images on video and digitally alter them to create new visions of my experiences.
My work is both sculptural and digital as I develop ideas across media. I now integrate my sculptural ideas with digital media and produce pieces that can be reproduced to any scale and produced on any media or surface.
The character of Australian culture and identity is evident in my works called 'Off the Beaten Track'. From my travels around Australia I developed works that show the fabulous variety of landscape and character of the extensive Australian outback.
I research the context and history of the areas I visit to relate the contextual content and references to the past and present.
