Statement
I was born in Bihar, India. There was a curiosity since long time to travel around the different wander location and inquest of culture and life style of my country.
To innovate traditional and evolutionary rural life style and urban very fast life style, happiness of people, his sorrow, his progeny and all about. So I put these elements frequently in my art. I am depicting traditional life style of Indian women and altered by westerner influenced as mix culture.
I am depicting in an oil painting “CHIT-CHAT”, a meeting of three beautifully traditional decorated Indian women at their leisure. This type of meeting is very common in rural area in India. Indian rural life is very peaceful and very long leisure meetings with their large family members. In my other acrylic painting “BLACK SPECTACLES”, there is a modern (urban) woman who is wearing modern designer dress and smoking cigarette. A red rose putting on her hat which denotes their remnant Indian culture.
My art work is based on another very critical subject like “Global warming”. As an artist I think, my role is not personal but global also. So, I have created few of them on this issue global problem. I Shown in an oil painting “BALANCE OF PEACE”, a joker (A common man who likes happiness for all human being and like to expand love for everyone) balancing a flowerpot with red flower on the finger of right hand and effort to rescue a globe by left hand. I shown a chess board in background and his soldier like as Tank, Michele, Tope and Anthrax powder which very destructive things.
In another acrylic painting “ENJOY ON HOT BOX”, like an educated man is seated on the match box in the middle of road and enjoying with cigarette. I shown in this painting where the present time educated men misusing their own talent and try to destruct for our wonderful earth for only their own happiness.
I’m using different medium for creating art work like charcoal and water color on the paper and oil and acrylic color on the canvas in various size too (smallest and big one).
