Born in Martigues (in the south of France), Jean-François Pignatel installed his workshop with Jouques, between Lubéron and Montagne Ste. Victoire, since ten years. Omnipresent wild nature, but also the sun, the wind, the blue ones of the sky and the very close Mediterranean sea, is sources essential with its needs for creation. The felt emotions are expressed by paintings which more and more often approach the pure abstraction.
Jf Pignatel exposes regularly in galleries and artistic shows.
