Thoughtful and lost, she lets herself float on the waves of her emotions.
This surreal sky, purple and sprinkled with glitter, reveals an intriguing dimension to the Cloud Woman.
In regards to
The Cloud Women are characters that evolve through my thoughts and experiences. I like to be inspired by dreams, my walks and the people I meet.
I want to offer viewers a feeling of plenitude, of calm, an invitation to dream.

Is it because she was born in Noyon, under the low skies of Picardy, that Pauline Bailly is so fond of clouds? For more than eight years, her pictorial work has revolved around the figures of cloud women, oil paintings that she creates according to her inspirations, in small or large format.
Her studies in cinematography at the University of Lille did not, however, predestine her to painting, which she patiently learned as an autodidact. Also a screenwriter, she today combines her taste for cinematographic writing with her work as an artist, and has launched an animated film project around Suzanne Valadon, whose life as a free woman and major artist has nourished her own work around cloud women.
