Oscar B. was born in 1960 in Paris, but it was in Nantes that he lived most of his life. Lovers of this port city with industrial atmospheres, gray and rust colors, chaotic climates, it will be the common thread of his creation.

Since 1980, Oscar B.'s artistic journey has been a journey between rock, photography, digital art, drawing and painting.

In 2001 he left Nantes and moved to Paris to devote himself mainly to painting.

He participates in numerous national and international art fairs.

Since 2019, he has lived and worked in La Rochelle.
