I am a fine art landscape painter living in Shakespeare, Ontario with my son and two mini dachshunds, Tucker and Rosie. I have a home based studio which brings me peace and offers me a place to meditate and get lost in the details. My inspiration comes from the beauty of nature, Shakespeare country living and music.
I grew up in Hudson Quebec and started painting when I was 11 years old. I took lessons from my mentor, Rita Shellard for many years. I was also a member of the Hudson Artists Association.
My initial subjects were seascapes, landscapes and florals. I also enjoy painting single leaf art as well as starscapes. My painting art style is realism. I enjoy painting with smooth stokes and fine details.
