Olga Polichtchouk vive e lavora in Italia condividendo il suo affetto d'artista con S. Pietroburgo, la sua città natale.
Consegue la laurea in Disign Industriale presso State Academy of Art&Design di S. Pietroburgo.
Nel 1991 inaugura la prima mostra personale a Milano, in via via della Signora 5. Sente un particolare attrazione alla tecnica dell'acquerello e da anni fa parte dell' Associazione Italiana Acquerellisti.
Gli ultimi lavori sono ideati come piccole poesie del quotidiano: le quattro stagioni, le fioriture delle margherite; il volo dell'uccello.
L'artista cerca di trasmettere l'idea pittorica del soggetto tramite l'estetica basatamsu principi personali spirituali ed intellettuali.
I dipinti di Olga Polichtchouk sono improvvisati e realizzati con tecniche che permettono di improntare le emozioni e lo stato d'animo dell'istante in cui sono state concepiti.
