I caught a spinning top just at the moment when it stops and the silence that surrounds it envelops it.
The magic it releases is incalculable and carries with it all the beauty of such a simple thing.
I made this work on canvas, treated the background and colored it with several layers of color to achieve a unique atmosphere, traced the outline of the painting with chalk, and only then did I start painting with oil colors.
I use oil colors by overlaying many thin layers of appropriately thinned color to create the effects I desire.
Once perfectly dry, I finished the surface with a final coat of varnish to make it UV resistant.
The work does not have a frame but is ready to hang.
The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Shipments outside the European Union must wait for approval from the Ministry of Culture, which may result in a delay of a few days.
