World first

The candidate of the president of the United States of America, John McCain said: "Country first." This is OK for the country and his campaign.

But, the problem is that all the countries in the world want everybody own country first, causing the benefits among the countries not balance for everybodys' since the opinions among the countries different, making the world full of the cold war. The best example of this now is the dispute among Russia, USA, Europe for Georgia, and the neighbors. The other good example is never stopped middle east fighting.

So, country first may good for his own country, but maybe not good for the other countries, and maybe not good for the world.

Bill Gates, the former chairman of Microsoft, found more unfair in the world that "every day, more than 1,000 children die because they didn't get a 15-cent measles vaccine. Almost 3 billion people around the world live on less than $2 per day". I first heard the above from his speech at Harvard University. He also said that he and his wife's "foundation and" their "partners are trying to solve these problems because" they "believe that all lives have equal value, no matter where they are being". No matter how creative of the Capitalism it is, if based on "country first", the problem of unbalance benefits among the countries will be still there. The cold war among the countries will keep going on. The military competition among the countries will be never stopped. So, the creative capitalism may solve some problems, like Bill said that there will be more foundations and more donation money from companies to do philanthropy, bur it couldn’t change the conflicts among the countries benefits. .

We use Barack Obama's opinion "Change" here who is another president candidate of the United States of America. His "change" is still limited by "Country first". The good example is that he said to research and develop the oil saving cars made by America to solve the energy problem in the world America faced now. His idea is really supporting by a lot of American. Our "change" is not same as his. We are changing "country first" to "world first", that meaning most of the people in the world will accept one same rule to do the thing they agreed to do. If we can do everything based on "world first", then, we can solve and, will solve all the problems before among the countries almost.

"World first", almost the people around the world will be easy to agree on the opinion since the world belongs to everyone. The best example of it is that the Olympic Games could open in Germany when it was in the world war II. It could come true that based on everybody in the world agreed on "world first", and even Hitler couldn't stop it at that period. No every country standards, only the world standards, no matter where you were from, no matter what race you were. They all knew that it was a world action, and followed the world rule. We were partial of the world, and "world first". Now, the Olympic Games is already including more meanings of "world first". It is to combine the best people of the world, use the modernist management way, to make the most efficient of the resources to create the best results for the Human Being, for the world. If we do everything in the world like this way, it is the best Human Being civilization in the world. It will save thousands of year of the world developing vs. now.

"Brain storming", it is always used in the training of the management. We should use it in the world development, too. We should always review what we did already, and what we are doing now in the world. Are we saving the resources for the world? Are we doing everything in the best efficient way for the world? Are we helping the world to right direction? Are we qualified as a person in the world?

And other examples of "world first" also are, WTO, red cross, UN, etc. all is based on the some of the opinion of "world first", but not perfect yet since a lot of countries in the world still think of their "country first". We must improve this situation. Because from now on, if "world first", we can do more and more things in the world, for example, the free education to the young generations, no matter you are living in Europe or in Africa, solving HIV in the world, no mater you are rich or poor. We can denote to the people who are suffering from earthquake or flood, no matter where the disaster happened in the world etc, We have done so many things based on "world first", we can do it more and more, till everything in the world doing this way, "world first". We all belong to the Human Being. We are in the same world. We should make fair not only in your country, but in the world. If "world first", like "country first" can balance different opinions among the personals in your country, can balance all the different opinions among the countries in the world. Since "world first", we are all in a big family of the world, all the countries will no use and disappear smoothly in the world, because the countries couldn't identify 100% of the Human Being rights in the world. Facing the challenges to the Human Being, whole world is stronger than countries if we use the world modernist capacity together. No doubt. The globalized economy already shows the potential development trend in the recent years in the world. "World first", it is the only way to realize 100% dream of the Human Being in the world.

If "world first", the world will be managing by the world administration committee who vote by the people around the world. The world will be divided only by the areas, such as Asia, Europe, South America, Africa, North America, etc., not countries any more. The areas will be managing by the sub-committees of the world vote by the people around the world and the area. They are serving just for the people around world living better and better, no matter your race, your ages, your location, etc. Then, no cold war, no military competition etc. The plenty of the money saved from these stupid actions will be using for the people of the world to improve the life of them. All the benefit will be fair sharing to everybody in the world. Do you think that the world is much better than now if we realize "world first"?

If you think that world first is only a dream, then, let us do it now to make it come true as quick as possible since it is the best way for the people around the world, and it is the only way to solve the current problems in the world, and it is a wonderful right direction of the world. It can come true since the current world already have the enough capacity and rich enough. The cold war, military competition, etc. occupying so much money and resources which is only to the direction to destroy the world. The nature resources to us are limited. We should use them more efficient to the best, to all the people in the world, not only some of the countries.

Another big change our imaging is that there are no money in the world if the dream of "world first" come true. All the values of the people around the world will be separated by a new standard marks who serving to the world to get, using by the person him/herself identified by everybody's dactylogram, eye color, even DNA, etc. in the same computer system around the world. If this way, the vipers, the thieves, the traders in human being, etc will be not existing anymore since these kind of actions will get nothing, no value of the marks for them in the computer system. If they want to live in the world, they have to do some job recognized by the world administration committee to create their marks for living in the world. The marks are the only value to get food, cloth, water etc. from the world if they are in the working ages. If they want to get more from the world, they have to contribute more to the people of the world first to get more marks. The people under 18 years old can get free living and educating at same level no matter your family is rich or poor. The people more than 55 years old can live in the world free, too. All the people around the world needs in their life will be separated in the triangle pyramid, at bottom is the basic, and then, higher is selectable, and the top is for the people who create enough marks for the world. Of course, there are a lot of changes need to prepare for the "world first". Now, it is the time to do this kind of changes, or researchings, etc. A group of outstanding people around the world who is interesting at this should organizing together to discuss everything for the "world first". After all the system set up, and vote agreed by the most of people around the world, we should start for the countries disappearing, and world first beginning.
