MSC was born in 1964 in Vienne (France) the famous Roman city, were she spent her childhood and teen-age years on the banks of the Rhône, the beautiful but sometimes capricious river
She then left the region and spent some 20 years in a town in the Alps, where she got acquainted with energy therapy techniques, after which, she moved to the South of France by the Mediterranean. There she discovered she had -hitherto ignored- gifts for drawing.

Under the supervision of a locally acclaimed painter, she acquired the basics of the art. Thanks to specialised training sessions, she learned how to play harmoniously with various textures.
Prompted by her inspiration, she uses several techniques (Oil or acrylic paints, natural pigments, fabrics, modelling ) on wood or canvas.
Her paintings convey the emotions triggered by her spontaneous and intuitive nature.

The first exhibition of her paintings was held in Cezanne's and Pagnol's homeland in 2006;

In 2008 she moved back to the Rhône Alpes region, and now lives in a small village in the countryside. Her paintings are regularly on display at local or regional fairs and exhibitions. She has been a registered member of "La Maison des Artistes" since 2010 and takes part in numerous art markets, such as St Remy de Provence.

One of her paintings has caught the attention of a writer who will use it on the first cover of one of his novels. In 2011 she was awarded the Pictural Research Award ("Prix de La Recherche Picturale") handed out for the 40th anniversary of StJean de Bournay's Art festival (Salon des Arts de St Jean de Bournay)
Along with what Gao XINGJIAN wrote in Soul Mountain she believes that painting comes in when words become inadequate means of expression.
