Stretched canvas, oil, acrylic, texture paste, gold leaf. 2020
Gorgeous and magnificent, the bronze and gold Buddha appeared on the canvas absolutely spontaneously. After all, I am not a follower of Buddhism. But I really like his image.
When I was in Sri Lanka, I saw Buddha figures on every corner. Anyone could come up and pray, offer flowers.
the image of Buddha is always very auspicious in the home. Spiritual paintings affect our consciousness and the atmosphere in the home.
Therefore, in various yoga centers and studios you can see images and sculptures related to the East.
This tunes our mind to certain positive vibrations. We relax in such a space.
In this work I like the fact that I got the result that I wanted. And this does not always happen. Here is the image, the texture, and the mix of materials, and my favorite bronze and gold shades. And I like the size. Not small and not big.
