Mariana Ivanova is an artist recognized for her embroidered pictures. An important feature of her works is that they are created with a needle and a thread instead of a brush. Her art presents pictures translated into cross stitching. 

Walking the streets of cities around the world she gets inspired by street lamps and lanterns with their lights, beauty, elegance, and a little bit of mystery. Light and darkness are always presented in her art. Her works combine her interest in digital art, cross stitching, and street culture.
