Strongly influenced by a variety of painters: Jackson Pollack, Georgia
O’Keefe Robert Rauschenberg, et Jasper Johns, while studying in the States. Then deeply moved by Giotto, Fra Angelico, and so many others seen in Europe.
1975/76Travel in the USA and in Europe on bicycle. Visited the great museums of

1986Evolution towards the “structures” – dialog of painting/sculpture.
1987Began teaching tai chi chuan. (a Chinese martial art)
1988Moved to Louit, a small village in les Hautes-Pyrénées.
1990Shared an exhibition with R Boutiq in Mourenx.
1991/93Incorporating text as a material: texture and presence in meaning,
the poetry of Li Po, Ezra Pound, T.S. Eliot...
1995Began using the encaustic technique of painting.
1995/98Began developing the themes: messenger, door, window, spiral…
1999/02Started to work on the theme of "bu", or consulting the oracle, as well as
continuing the other themes.
2002/03She assists R. Boutiq, painter and her soul-mate, in the end of his life.
Totally empty.
2004/05Moved back to Tarbes.
2006/07Progressively returned to her work in painting.
2008Began to show her work again.
