"Сон Венеры"- это образ богини Венеры ,которая спит в морской раковине. Это образ женской чистоты, целомудрия и нравственности, так редко встречаемый в нашем мире. Сегодня все эти качества приходится прятать в морских раковинах, на морском дне. Востребована другая красота и другие женские образы, навязанные средствами массовой информации. Но в каждой женщине все же дремлет это чистое и прекрасное истинно женское начало... И это жемчужина на дне морском . "The Dream of Venus" is an image of the goddess Venus, who sleeps in a sea shell. This is an image of female purity, chastity and morality, so quite rarely met in our world. Today, all these qualities have to be hidden in the sea shells, on the seabed. Another kind of beauty and other female images inflicted by the media are demanded. After all , in every woman this pure and beautiful feminine is slumbering... And this is a pearl on the bottom of the sea.

Kristina was born in a small town in the Caucasus and began painting[...]

Kristina was born in a small town in the Caucasus and began painting at an early age. She expresses her love for mountains and nature in her poetic landscapes, trying to convey the awe of the soul that the places she saw for the first time evoke. According to the artist, each landscape motive is a certain piece of music, with its own special melody and intonation. Pastel series created in 2016-2019 have become the first steps in what she gives, she devotes to the search for her style. The vertical stroke that fills the entire space of the work creates awe and vibration that serves as a way to convey state and feelings, but at the same time creates a decorative surface similar to a tapestry. Over the years, the vertical stroke in Christina's works grows into a point, she now gives her preference to oil, and the colorful surface of her last canvases begins to resemble a mosaic. The artist uses open, vibrant colors that blend optically like smalt pieces in a mosaic. The most interesting thing is that one of the first copies that Christina made as a child was a copy of the work of J. Signac. Since then, about 20 years have passed, many years of training in realistic painting have passed, but after going through the difficult path of traditions, she again returns to the method of color decomposition, to the method she met when she was 9 years old, the method used by pointillist artists. Now she is working on a project in which the surfaces of the canvases with their heroes are transformed into monumental images of mosaic panels, combining easel and monumental painting together.
