The painting "The Rice Gatherer" depicts a man deeply bent over an endless field of golden rice. His silhouette at noon casts a short shadow that intertwines with the rhythmic rows of ripening stalks. This image serves as an allegory for diligent labor and the fruits it yields, emphasizing the connection between man and the cycles of nature.

Each stalk of rice symbolizes an individual life, and the harvest is a moment when the past merges with the present, promising the future. The hard work of the rice gatherer reflects our own life journey, where patience and persistence lead to rewards, and each grain of rice reminds us of the small but significant achievements in each person's life.

About Me…My name is Katrin Rymsha, and I am a painter. My artworks serve as bridges between the visible and the invisible, the external and the internal worlds.

Our feelings, memories, moments of joy and sorrow are shaped by the influence of the outside world. The harmony or disharmony of our surroundings can either energize us or, conversely, drain us. Recognizing and experiencing this inspires me to engage in a dialogue with the viewer.

My painting is a deep dive into a world of associations and sensory images, an energetic flow on canvas. By freeing myself from realistic details, I gain a liberty that allows me to transcend the boundaries of the mundane into abstraction. By infusing my work with subtle meanings, perceived at a deep intuitive level, I draw the viewer into the endless realm of the subconscious.

My story is an exploration of the world around us, its boundaries, and their impact on a person's destiny. It's a dialogue with the viewer about the unfathomable and the accessible, an encouragement towards creation and love.
