Biography
This artist was born in 1974 largest town on the Volga, Nijniyi Novgorod, (Russia). Yearly childhood was spent in Lipetzk (central part of Russia), where she studied in musical school.
In 1985 the family moved to Ukraine, Kryvoy Rog, where she went on her artistic education in School of Art.
In 1992 she entered the Pedagogical University, department of arts, and in 1997 she graduated from it, with the qualification of teacher of arts and graphics.
The theme of her diploma work was “A personality in environment, psychological portrait ”.
Quite soon after graduation she continued her training in St.-Petersburg. She developed her own style painting portraits from life in Nevsky Prospeckt.
Now she has been painting portraits continually improving her techniques.

Biography

Among the shown works, I must confess that I prefer the graphics. It does not mean that the portraits would lack the ability to capture the subjects'inner life and character (so called psychological portraits), they do, but the graphics show more originality. Th word graphic has two meaning in english, it means drawings and engravings. I suppose that some of the graphics are etchings, but I am not sure, due to the internet reproduction which does not go in detail. These graphics remember me of some surrealistics works (Georgio de Chirico for instance) and some avant-gardists as well (Ossip Zadkine). So it was a pleasure to discover this artist and I wish her recognition and success as welle as to her gallery if she has one.
