Jürg Strässle was born in 1965 in the St.Gallen Rhine Valley. Today he lives in Au, is married and the father of three children. He discovered his fascination for art while he was still training to become a draftsman. In the mid-1990s, Strässle studied art history for two semesters at the University of Applied Sciences in Vaduz and taught himself a broad basis for his work. In 1995 and 1996 he exhibited iron sculptures and sculptures at the Schaan arts and crafts market. In 1999, the first solo exhibition "Trials" followed in the Heuwiese gallery in Weite. In 2002 as a solo exhibition and in 2008 in a group exhibition, he showed works at the Domus Gallery in Schaan FL.

"He is not a man of many big words, he stands for deeds and, of course, pictures.” He would like to present these in their colorful cheerfulness, inspire them and like to share the joy of it. He cordially invites you to accompany him into his varied and colorful world of colours.
