Irina Dotter is a professional photographer who wishes to contribute in some tiny way to making the world a kinder, brighter, and sincere place, where people prioritize the non-material over the material.
More often than not, she shoots with a floral motif, sometimes bordering on abstraction. Nature's beauty is unrivaled in terms of harmony, diversity, and grace of form. She took part in the volunteer initiative "Territory without orphans," Otkazniki.ru, where she photographed children awaiting adoption.
Portraits of children that potential parents see play an important part in making adults empathize with and feel for the youngster.
Irina Dotter is a Moscow-based artist. She received her education at Moscow's Rodchenko School of Photography and Multimedia, Moscow's School of Modern Photography Photoplay, and Moscow's School of Visual Arts. She has taken part in a number of exhibitions, including the Antibiennale-2019 in St. Petersburg, Russia, in April 2019.
