Henri Dubuc, digital artist and photographer, explores the paths of spirituality and philosophy through his creations. His journey led him to spend six years of his life in India and Morocco, in search of new perspectives and other cultures to explore. To this day, he continues to travel to fuel his quest for knowledge and inspiration.
One of the facets of his talent lies in photography. Henri Dubuc presented several exhibitions of photographs during his career, including one dedicated to Hinduism which was presented in the hall of the theater of Caen in 1980. His photographs reflect his sensitivity towards the cultures and spiritualities he has encountered during his travels.
Beyond photography, Henri Dubuc is also a self-taught graphic designer. He masters various 3D creation software such as POSER, BRYCE and Ulead PhotoImpact. His attraction to graphic art is particularly in line with the currents of fauvism and surrealism, giving his works a striking and expressive visual dimension.
Among the themes that animate his imagination, the figure of "the woman" occupies a central place. From the mythical goddess to the contemporary heroine, Henri Dubuc explores the multiple facets of femininity in its archetypal and eternal dimension.
Henri Dubuc's creative approach is imbued with spontaneity and intuition. He carefully selects his photographs according to the emotion they release, then leaves room for experimentation and the unexpected during the digital creation process. Each work evolves organically, guided by the interaction between its artistic sensibility and the potential offered by digital tools.
