Giorgio Cavalieri is a contemporary award-winning Italian painter. Cavalieri's painting skips the stylistic and thematic characteristics of the Europe of the third millennium in favor of references and suggestions from metropolitan landscape art. Both the cinematic imagery and a particular literary vein that pulses in the evocative suggestiveness of his works catch his eye.

Giorgio Cavalieri participates in the 54th Michetti Prize in Francavilla al mare, takes part 3 times in the Sulmona International Prize, of which he is the winner in the XXXV edition with the painting 'Thunderstorm', permanently exhibited in the Civic Museum of Sulmona. He exhibits in various public and private spaces, including the Museo del Risorgimento in Rome, at the Vittoriano complex. 

In recent years, he has also devoted himself to painting commissioned portraits. Adhering to his expressive line, he captures the intimate character of his subjects in human figures, describing them with clarity and realistic likelihood, and situating them in settings that highlight their personalities.
