The queen and her children was a mixed media painting on canvas
A beautiful tribute to my experience as a mother and to all mothers despite the every day effort represented by taking care of children (effort very often not celebrated enough!) and all mum's hard work
The tree and infinite of sky are also symbolized , meaning the strength and the importance of roots and the need to watch behind the everyday struggles and looking for lightness .
This was what I call a "free" custom order. The midwife that asked for this for her cabinet just said about colors and size and gave me freedom on subject and technique

Fauvism
