Born in Peniche in 1951, living in Setúbal for some years.
Revealing, from a very young age, a great inclination towards the arts, however, she took up painting as a hobby, until, in 1997, a group of friends encouraged her to hold an individual exhibition, in which she could show her work to a wider public, a situation that came to fruition in 1998, with the holding of an exhibition at the Michel Giacometti Labor Museum, in Setúbal.
In 1998/1999 he attended a Painting Course at the National Society of Fine Arts, under the guidance of the painter Jaime Silva.
At the end of 1999 he definitively left banking to dedicate himself exclusively to painting.
It is represented in several private collections in Portugal and France, in the Museums of Setúbal and Sebastião da Gama (Azeitão) and in the Leiria/Fátima Tourism Region.
He currently teaches drawing and painting (watercolor, oil and acrylic).
