Self-taught artist and passionate about art history, figurative painter, I have long sought my way as a painter. Maeterlinck once said that art is a path that leads from what you see to what you don't see... This phrase stuck in my memory and since then I've been trying to share this writing using my artistic achievements.

I have a lot of respect for the artists of the past, with a preference for the English landscape painters of the 19th century, but also for all those artists whose works are intimately linked with their eras as well as their private lives.

I also have a deep admiration for Caspar David Friedrich.

I haven't taken any classes or attended an art school because I sincerely believe that feelings, emotions, anything that comes from the heart and contributes to creation cannot be taught. It is with a lot of perseverance, also mistakes that I have developed a very personal technique that allows me to bring into a landscape that is both timeless and sometimes fantastic, the man, the woman, the child who will know "see" beyond the simple vision of a painting.

Life is a dream and a painting is drawn poetry, so each of my creations is intended to be a doorway to a "Story" a "Message" a "Dream" a "Poetry".

May you dream while looking at my paintings as I dream myself while realizing them.
