At a young age he took drawing and painting lessons at the
studio of the portrait painter Antonio Soncini.
During his university years, he attended evening school
at the Brera Academy. Having graduated in engineering, his work commitments prevented him from cultivating his passion for painting with the necessary diligence. He resumes painting at the end
of his work under the guidance of the painter Claudio
