BIOGRAPHY
Celso Cunha Neto was born on the morning of June 7, 1953 in off Nazaré in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
He studied art and architecture at the Federal University of Bahia, where he graduated in Bachelor of Design. Having taught at the School of Fine Arts at the Federal University of Bahia, by 2010.
Regularly conducts courses in techniques of sculpture in his studio and other places.
Created and currently chairs the ABARVI, Bahia Association of Visual Artists
In 1979 at age 26, won the tender nationwide, for running a large mural installed in the foyer of the theater Yemanjá Convention Center of Bahia.
Its production is pretty tuned and integrated into the architecture.
During the period 1996-2002 he designed and executed the sculptures (animals) that inhabit the garden of Alliance Center for Pediatric Hospital Alliance, as well as the cave for meditation inside, works that are part of the project the hospital humanization of Alliance.
Performed in 2008/9 Custom Hall Curaçá-BA, and sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, a work of Urban Art which is probably the largest structure in fiberglass Brazil, with a dome 15.00m diameter with a height of 5.00m.Dentre their work include the following:
