Enrico Camporese was born in Venice in 1945.
He worked in the field of visual communication since 1975, as a photographer and graphic designer, collaborating with several Italian companies.
Since 1994, he resumed the work of a painter. From this period are DECOMPOSITION and SMALL ABYSS a series of paintings depicting only fish.
His paintings, especially the strong color and synthesis, led him to new explorations in1999 to face a new route, which will then create a formal research-based visual perception of color. Thus MINIMUM PERCEPTIONS, paintings that are influenced by artists such as Barnett Newman, Ad Reinhardt and Mark Rothko, but with a different interpretation of campiture color, giving his work pay a vision that will produce the work, a three-dimensional perception.
Since 2004 he works at a new search, ALGORITHM works that are based in part on the mathematical theory of Polimini of Salomon W. Golomb. Even in these last works, Enrico Camporese exploits the formal and technical experience so far gained, highlighting on a different scale perceptions optical dynamic three-dimensional color.
By CARTOGRAPHY OF THE DREAM from 2008 to today, Enrico Camporese opens a new research abandoning momentarily forms square, to move closer to the circle and its possible interpretations. The technical changes, rather than canvas, but paper and plaster, monochromes. Texture corroded and corrosive to the eye, to remind the viewer of the impermanent time.
