Georges Clemenceau, born September 28, 1841 in Mouilleron-en-Pareds (Vendée) and died November 24, 1929 in Paris, is a French statesman, President of the Council from 1906 to 1909 then from 1917 to 1920. His full length portrait was drawned from a photograph taken during the peace conference in Versailles in January 1919.
