Trained at the Teatés theater school in Palermo directed by Michele Perriera, Anna worked as an assistant director alongside Michele Perriera and videographer Giuseppe Gigiorosso. His artistic career has been enriched over the years, marked by notable successes and international recognition.

In 2002, Anna won the prestigious international photography competition in Solighetto (Treviso) with her work "Facce di Ballarò". Since then, his work has been exhibited at numerous photography events and festivals, including Internazionale di Fotografia de Solighetto and Aberobello Fotografia.

His works, such as "Tam Tam Tamil", dedicated to the Tamil population of Palermo, have been presented in various artistic contexts, demonstrating his commitment to social and cultural causes.

As a co-writer and still photographer, Anna contributed to the film "Ore 18 in punto" by Giuseppe Gigliorosso, released in theaters in 2012. She also taught photography at the Pianofocale film school and currently runs a laboratory of photography for communication students in Palermo.

In 2023, Anna became artistic director of Collettivof, a collective of photographers that has become a social promotion association. Under his direction, the Collettivof organized a series of six photographic exhibitions entitled "COLLETTIVOF ANNO ZERO" in emblematic locations of Palermo.

In 2024, Anna's work entitled "PORTICELLO. UNA COMUNITÀ" was selected to join the permanent collection of the Museo Guttuso in Bagheria, Sicily, where it is currently on display. His work continues to inspire and captivate viewers, demonstrating his talent and commitment to art and culture.
