I started painting my first frescoes at the age of 10 on the walls of the farm where we lived (St. Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona). My father taught me and I admired him, I became familiar with the colors, the lights and the shadows and the strong smell of the solvent. The years went by and I painted for friends and acquaintances accidentally. Now, after a lifetime dedicated to mechanical industrial engineering, I have retired and have returned to painting with great enthusiasm, having a new, much more mature vision of art. However, I realize that now works made with love are born from my hands, love in each brushstroke, without love for your work there is no charm. I observe that the years have forged a special character in me and I am in love like never before with the wonders that surround me and that shapes, colors and light push me. I feel like a kid with new shoes!!
