Arnaud Paquet de son nom d’artiste "waso"est un artiste contemporain autodidacte qui, dès son enfance est fasciné par le dessin et la peinture. Adolescent il rejoint le graffiti et le street art, puis participe à de nombreux festivals street art partout en France. Ne pouvant rejoindre un cursus artistique pour des raisons familiales, il se tourne alors dans le secteur de l'animation, ce qui lui permet de partager sa passion avec le jeune public. En parallèle il travaille à la réalisation de fresques chez des particuliers.
En 2018 il réalise sa première œuvre abstraite, c'est alors une révélation. Il découvre un univers riche et infini où toutes sortes d’émotions peuvent être transmises à travers ses œuvres. Sensible aux choses qui l'entourent comme l'humain, la nature ,l’architecture, l’énergie ou encore la spiritualité, ces sujets sont pour lui autant de sources d'inspiration.
Continuant de peindre et dessiner sans relâche, c'est en 2020 qu'il quitte définitivement le secteur de l'animation pour se consacrer pleinement à la peinture et l'illustration il part alors de Nantes pour s'installer en Savoie.
Ses peintures sont aussi influencées naturellement par le grand nombre d'années à pratiquer le graffiti et le street art. Engagement, dynamisme, contraste, couleurs, lumière, projections sont autant de termes qui peuvent définir avec simplicité ses œuvres.
Il peint pour lui mais aussi pour partager et transmettre, émotions, réflexions et énergie.
