At the center of the artwork, a fiery spiral made from bold acrylic strokes and embedded plastic fragments cuts through the image plane. This spiral feels like a living force — a current of energy, emotion, and time. The materiality itself becomes meaning: the flowing paint conveys intensity and motion, while the plastic pieces add unexpected texture and physicality, reinforcing the work’s multidimensional nature.
Set against a meticulously drawn black-and-white ink background — filled with mythological, architectural, and organic motifs — the vibrant acrylic appears as a pulse of the present, breaking through layers of memory, culture, and inner experience. The ink drawing resembles a map or chronicle of an inner world where imagination, history, and personal narrative merge.
The female figures, integrated into the spiral and surrounding structures, serve as emotional anchors. Their gazes are silent and introspective, inviting the viewer both into the work and into themselves. These figures seem to be moving through the fire of life — losing, finding, and transforming as they go.
“Fire of Life” is a meditation on inner energy, transformation, and the bridge between personal and collective memory. Through the combination of acrylic, ink, and plastic, I create not just an image, but a visual space for reflection, emotional resonance, and meaning-making. It is a work where art becomes a living process — a fire capable of cleansing, disrupting, and renewing.
