Was born in Moscow.  She graduated from the Moscow art school as a graphic designer. She attended courses at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute, studied under D. Bisti and A. Tsedrik. In the 1990s, she attended lectures and master classes by Michael Loeser at the Stuttgart Academy of fine arts. Works in the field of easel painting, graphics and theatrical and decorative art.  Engaged in clothing and interior design. Since 1981, she has participated in more than 60 exhibitions. Yulia Dolgorukova participated in exhibitions with famous artists: Ernst Neizvestny, Eduard Steinberg, Oleg Tselkov, Vladimir Nemukhin and others. Works in the genre of landscape, still life, composed composition.

The works of Yulia Dolgorukova are in the collections of a number of famous museums and private collections, including the Kostroma state historical, architectural and art Museum-reserve[29][30], the Kaluga Museum of fine arts, the Marina Tsvetaeva Museum in Alexandrov[31], the Memorial house-Museum of M. I. Tsvetaeva in Bolshevo, Tarussky Museum of tsvetaevs[32], Collection House Museum of Maximilian Voloshin (Koktebel), Collection House-Museum of A. P. Chekhov (Yalta), Tarusa regional Museum[33], the collection of Ulrich Springer, (Stuttgart), as well as in private collections in Russia, Germany, USA, Switzerland, France, great Britain, South Korea, Egypt, Finland, Turkey.
