Circular oil and acrylic painting by artist Wenyu Zhu. This work shows a dreamy scenery, in which a Chinese phoenix is setting in the forest. Taking a closer look, we can see there are some small ones which shape in bird but also in human being in its tail feather. According to the title of work “Mère et l'enfant”, these small things might be children of the Chinese phoenix. This work is a kind of Chinese style artwork and may also deliver us the wish happiness and hope. This work is in perfect condition. The canvas is made of cotton and the finition is done by permanent varnish for long-term preservation.
