After an innings in homemaking and family business, at 50, she decided to apply her innate creativity to art and take it up as a profession. Breaking away from tradition is reflected in her unique art pieces. With no formal training but intense passion and drive for perfection, her art isn't limited to a particular medium or form and stands out on its own. Tanjore Painting, Oils & Acrylics on canvas, Mandalas & Sketches, Glass Paintings, White charcoal work, Murals, Kerala Mural, Digital paintings, etc., are the arts she creates totally immersing herself in her work.

The projects she undertakes are either self-inspired or custom orders to cater to specific requirements. She accommodates requirements vague or specific without sacrificing the quality of work. Whether it is interior decoration of homes/pooja rooms/offices or halls in public places, she is full of ideas on how to cater to the various needs. Her current work and collection is on display at her studio.

With Versatility in various fine arts, exploring ways to apply skills interchangeably to enhance a particular art without losing its authenticity is her specialty.

Having more than 1000 artworks to her credit, she has 15+ years of experience in professional art, teaching various arts, conducting workshops in schools and colleges and art institutions.

She has held Solo exhibitions and participated in combined exhibitions in Coimbatore and USA. Some of her work was on display at various international airports in India. Her paintings adorn the walls of art lovers around the globe.

She teaches Tanjore Painting, Oil & Acrylic painting, Mandalas, basic Drawing, Advanced Sketching, Water color painting, glass painting and other arts and crafts.

She has published a coloring book "JOURNEY TO CREATIVE COLORING - PART 1" suitable for all age groups including adults and senior citizens.
