Artist's Statement:
My work explores the space between the visible world and the inner landscape of dreams,emotion and memory. I am fascinated by the symbolism
found in nature,mythology and color-and how they can reflect our internal transformations.
In Pink Clouds, Golden Phoenix, We Dream Forever,
I sought to capture a fleeting moment of spiritual rebirth-like a dream half- remembered but deeply felt.The Golden Phoenix is not just a mythological creature, but a symbol of hope,fragility and the cycles we all pass through.
Working with oil pastel, watercolor and ink allows me to layer both softness and intensity, spontaneity and structure.Each mark is intuitive- an emotional trace of the subconscious.
My goal is not to explain, but to open a space where the viewer can reflect, remember and reconnect with their own sense of wonder.
