Valer (Valeri Zenov) is a renowned European artist who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia. 

Combining elements of modern and ancient Mediterranean art, his work, largely recognized in Bulgaria, has received further popularity in Europe through prestigious art fairs and personal exhibitions in Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Saint-Paul du Vence, Aix-en-Provence, Brignole, Paris, Strasbourg etc.

His paintings are part of prestigious private and public art collections all over the world (in the Bulgarian Presidency, in Unesco, in many European institutions etc.). Valer was chosen by the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to represent country's culture during the country's Presidency of the Council of Europe by one-month personal exhibition in the prestigious art hall of Aubette in Strasbourg (April 2016).
