This artwork was inspired by my son's notebooks from Elementary School. It is kind of a contemporary abstract calligraphy. The idea of learning something was expressed in an artistic process of combining movements and a free, dynamic brush work.

This artwork was inspired by my son's notebooks from Elementary School. It is kind of a contemporary abstract calligraphy. The idea of learning something was expressed in an artistic process of combining movements and a free, dynamic brush work.
The original artwork, mixed media on canvas. The border is painted to match the front side, so the artwork can be hung without a frame. Unframed. Coated with acrylic varnish to protect from dust, UV rays, yellowing and fading. Goes with a certificate of authenticity.
