The painting "Talent" from the series "Teenagers" is executed in the signature color of artist Svetlana Iskoskih: "In the painting I depicted an amazing moment that occurred when attending a classical music concert at St. Andrew's Anglican Cathedral in Moscow. In a large Gothic-style hall, a full audience was gathered, bored listening to the huge list of regalia of the musician who would be performing. What was my amazement and that of the whole hall when a little girl, a young talent, came on stage and sat down to play a huge grand piano. That was my strongest impression of the concert."

The composition of the painting is built in such a way that the pianist's face is barely visible behind the piano, the artist contrasts the huge piano and the little girl. The instrument is silhouetted and extends beyond the edge of the painting to further emphasize its magnitude. All the attention is directed to the face. The color scheme uses bright colors, royal blue and soft pink, which further emphasize the emotion of the moment.
