My mind at the same time scientific and artistic leads me to an approach combining both the thought and the intuitive. To my sources of inspiration that are natural materials such as wood and rock, the man’s body or animals like bull, i add an entirely abstract language based in part on the randomness of composition. For my acrylic paint work, i use different techniques, especially pasting, glazing, pouring, ink to develop the textures, tones, emphasizings, forms that characterize my work. The superimposition of abstraction and figuration, often present in my work, results from a strange geometry. Using blue, ochre and red colours, i create my paintings that mix substance, space, air, water and life, in a manner always different, sometimes more realistic sometimes more imaginary, incorporating singular elements, where behind the final structure is hidden an emotional approach subject to the whim of instinct and happenstance. This is why, like life, even though each of my paintings is often unprecedented and astonishing, my work as a whole displays a great unity.

Mon esprit à la fois scientifique et artistique m'amène dans une approche combinant à la fois le réfléchi et l’intuitif. À mes sources d’inspiration que sont les matériaux naturels comme le bois et la pierre, le corps de l’homme ou encore les animaux comme le taureau, j'ajoute un langage entièrement abstrait basé en partie sur les aléas de la composition. Pour mon travail à l’acrylique, j'emploie différentes techniques, notamment le mortier, le glacis, le lissage, l’encre pour élaborer les textures, les tons, les soulignements, les formes qui caractérisent mon travail. La superposition de l’abstraction et de la figuration souvent présente résulte d’une étrange géométrie. Utilisant volontiers les bleus, les ocres et les rouges, je réalise mes peintures qui allient matière, espace, air, eau et vie de manière toujours différente, parfois plus réelle parfois plus imaginaire, intégrant souvent des éléments singuliers, où derrière la structure finale se cache une démarche émotive au gré des instincts et des hasards. C’est ainsi que, comme la vie, alors que chacun de mes tableaux est souvent inédit et étonnant, l’ensemble de l’œuvre offre une grande unité.
