La seconda serie del Competizione arriva nel ’69. L’estetica appare completamente rinnovata grazie a un nuovo e slanciato serbatoio dal disegno moderno, con il tappo carburante spostato verso il posteriore. Nuovo sellino e bauletto portaferri, forcella telescopica con molle interne, Il mezzo era in grado di superare comodamente gli 80 km/h
Dal ’68 al ’74 la Malanca vinse, tra 50 e 60cc, la bellezza di sei campionati italiani.
