The skull, worn and aged, serves as a stark reminder of our mortality. The intact eye, filled with a deep sense of pain and suffering, seems to hold a profound sadness. It's as if the eye is witnessing the decay of moral values and the corrupting influence of evil.
The birds perched on the nails screwed into the skull represent the fragility of life and the way it can be affected by external factors. The spider webs and black blood symbolize the decay and corruption that can consume us.
And yet, amidst the darkness, there's a glimmer of hope. The rotten flower growing on the skull, with a bird pecking at it, represents the possibility of new life emerging from decay and corruption.
My artwork is a reflection of my own struggles with the human condition. I grapple with feelings of mortality, the search for meaning, and the desire to help others find their way.
In the end, my artwork is a reminder that we're all in this together. We're all lost souls searching for hope and connection in a world that can sometimes seem overwhelming."
