During the long pose, and done with my overall figurative drawing, I like to have a bit of fun and let the creativity flow resulting in an abstract portrait drawing. Just like my figurative work, my portraiture art is inspired by my love for colour, minimalism, numbers, and the human form.

Each colour you see is genuine pastel and has been worked into the paper by hand by me, the artist.

I have also added light blue expressive gestural marks as a highlight around the human form.

Unframed l Requires framing to hang

Pastel has been sprayed with a matte varnish and will come unframed under a Glassine sheet, in a plastic bag.
