Karina Alonso Angel (KARANG) is Cuban artist and the curator of the projects entering the program of Havana Biennial of Contemporary Art. In 1956 was born in Havana, Cuba. Lives in Havana. Works in Cuba and in Russia.
Karina Alonso had participated in more than 400 collective exhibitions and art fairs in Cuba and abroad, including – In the USA, Mexico, Chile, Italy. At this moment she is preparing personal artistic and curator projects for the Main Program of the Havana International Biennial of Contemporary Art – 2019, and a personal exhibition "White on White: Flight of Malevich" which will take place in Moscow, Russia in February of 2019.
