The charm of roulette's blooming roses is simply impossible to ignore. These are real fairies who dance, flirt, spin in their magical round dances. To pacify their playful disposition and capture it on this canvas was a real challenge for me.

Miniature roses are also called dwarf or border roses. Their homeland is China. In Europe, they appeared at the beginning of the 19th century, but became popular only in the twentieth, when in 1918 the Swiss Roulet brought out a low-growing variety of roses, called Rouletti. Subsequently, the crossing of low-growing groups with miniature ones allowed to bring out many new varieties of dwarf roses.
