Mi chiamo Carla Favoino, dopo gli studi liceali, mi sono laureata in pittura presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Bari (1996). Ho proseguito la mia formazione conseguendo, nel 2008, il diploma biennale di perfezionamento in “teoria e pratica della terapeutica artistica”, presso l’Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera a Milano. Oggi vivo e lavoro a Roseto Capo Spulico.
La mia arte si ispira essenzialmente alla natura (acquerelli/nuvole), al tema del acqua, del mare e degli elementi in generale. Una natura interiorizzata, che ci attraversa e ci plasma.
Nei primi anni di accademia, l'arte, ha rappresentato per me un mezzo per esprimere i miei più accesi sentimenti, rabbia, dolore e gioia, é stata strumento di cura, di conoscenza, crescita e gratificazione.
Intorno al 2014 ho lavorato con gli strumenti artistici nel sociale traendone grande insegnamento e crescita personale.
Nel 20015/16 ho realizzato alcuni spettacoli di arte visiva. Ho realizzato alcuni mandala colorando la sabbia, coinvolgendo il pubblico in una piazza all'aperto tra Montegiordano e Nova Siri. Realizzo mandala di sabbia colorati, mettendo in atto degli spettacoli pubblici e coinvolgendo persone di tutte le età. L'intento è integrare le diversità e condividere un'esperienza realizzando un disegno comune e unico. Ciascuno inserisce e lascia il suo segno all'interno del mandala integrandolo con il tutto. Il particolare si integra con il generale creando armonia e suggestione.
