Maud Obraztsov est une artiste peintre aquarelliste autodidacte. Spécialisée dans l’aquarelle depuis huit ans, elle trouve dans la difficulté technique de cet art une puissance imaginative. Elle construit ses œuvres intérieurement, puis laisse la magie de l’aquarelle faire naître sur la toile des paysages brumeux. Elle utilise la technique du « Cycle de l’eau », qui permet à cet élément mouvant de diffuser largement les pigments de l’aquarelle. La lumière, très présente dans ses œuvres, est un chemin pour les yeux du spectateur, qui se sent emporter dans une atmosphère mystérieuse.
Maud Obraztsov a été primée à trois reprises lors d’expositions artistiques. Elle expose principalement dans le sud de la France, mais exporte ses œuvres en Europe et jusqu’aux Etats-Unis.
