Comme Protée, ce personnage mythologique capable de se métamorphoser et de changer d'apparence, elle explore les disciplines artistiques depuis plus de 20 ans. Auparavant comédienne, danseuse et metteure en scène dans la Région Centre Val de Loire, elle devient plasticienne, illustratrice et autrice et se spécialise dans les Arts Visuels et sonore. Ce qui l'anime, à travers la multiplicité de ses pratiques artistiques, c'est exprimer ses « émotions, ressentis et sensations » qu'elle visite en profondeur depuis de nombreuses années. "La connaissance de soi" est le chemin qui l'emmène des arts de la scène aux arts plastiques en passant par l'art sonore. Elle retransmet ainsi les mots d’auteurs qui touchent son âme. Son art est éminemment moderne et contemporain et ses oeuvres poétiques et protéiformes . Son médium de prédilection: l'acrylique. Cette matière lui permet une riche diversité de créations. Elle l'utilise en aérosol et en tube de peinture, sur carte canson, carton, bois ou sur des toiles avec ou sans châssis. En 2022, elle découvre l'acrylique fluide ("pouring") qui décuple ses recherches dans l'art abstrait qu'elle affectionne tout particulièrement. Ne se fermant aucune porte à l'exploration artistique et naviguant au gré de ses inspirations, elle créé également des linogravures et autres objets d'art. Sans oublier des poésies brèves et inspirées qu’elle colore et ornemente de ses illustrations.
