When I read the theme, I didn’t think for a long time, a composition immediately appeared in my head. It's good that we have a lot of dishes in our family, my grandmother has a sideboard since the days of the USSR. I can draw at least every day. And grandma's candlestick. I have been looking at it for so long, and I had no time to depict it on paper. Now the time has come. Also here is my mother's fruit bowl. If I had known how difficult it was to draw it... all the same, I would have included it in the composition, because this is a real decoration of the painting.

Artist statement:
Anna Ugusheva was fond of drawing since childhood. Anna paints in such areas of painting as portrait, illustration and still life. She is currently working on her series of paintings – «Flowers and Feelings».
Education:
Anna graduated from the children's art school. In June 2020, she began painting in oils under the guidance of Nadezhda Ilyina, Yulia Kapustina and Natalia Yurshina.

«I'm an artist who sees and multiplies the beauty. Through my paintings I show the uniqueness of people and a particle of beauty in the world around us. I'm also a dreamer. My rich imagination allows me to invent something that doesn't really exist, and to embody it on canvas. I'm inspired by books and draw illustrations».
