Pavlo Kyryk, a Ukrainian writer and graphic.
Pavlo is a laureate of the Kraków Creative Scholarship 2024,
a laureate of the Literary Competition by Smoloskyp Publishing House 2016, and the author of the short stories book "Job".
He also worked with the National Museum in Kraków.

About the Project:
Project was created in 2021 in Kraków. Over three months, we visited local waste collection points.The found objects were used as decorations designed to recreate the atmosphere of domestic life.
The work on the project often turned into a performance.
Random passersby stopped, approached to talk, took photos, and laughed. Sometimes, they even threatened to call the police.
However, most often, they pretended not to notice anything.

Project Achievements:
Nomination in the 8th edition of the Fine Art Photography Awards, London 2021.
Published in The Eye of Photography magazine.
Featured on the Instagram account of World Press Photo.
Solo exhibition of the project in DOM gallery, Riga 2024.
Published in Echo Gone Wrong magazine.
Published in Culture.pl is the flagship brand of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, a state-run cultural institution under the auspices of the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

All proceeds from the first charity edition, will be donated to the Come Back Alive Foundation - the Ukrainian Fund of Competent Assistance to the Army.
