Pavlo Kyryk, a Ukrainian writer and graphic.
Pavlo is a laureate of the Kraków Creative Scholarship 2024,
a laureate of the Literary Competition by Smoloskyp Publishing House 2016, and the author of the short stories book "Job".
He also worked with the National Museum in Kraków.
About the Project:
Project was created in 2021 in Kraków. Over three months, we visited local waste collection points.The found objects were used as decorations designed to recreate the atmosphere of domestic life.
The work on the project often turned into a performance.
Random passersby stopped, approached to talk, took photos, and laughed. Sometimes, they even threatened to call the police.
However, most often, they pretended not to notice anything.

Solo exhibition of the project in DOM gallery, Riga 2024.

Fotograaf die gespecialiseerd is in het creëren van artistieke fotografische projecten. Zijn werk onderzoekt thema's als ecologie, overproductie en het dagelijks leven, waarbij hij een conceptuele benadering combineert met visuele esthetiek.
Fotografie werd een deel van zijn leven in 2001 toen hij voor het eerst een Skina 35mm filmcamera oppakte. De laatste jaren richt hij zich op het ontwikkelen van persoonlijke projecten, deelname aan internationale tentoonstellingen en samenwerking met merken.
Zijn werk is tentoongesteld op festivals, gepubliceerd in fotografietijdschriften en genomineerd voor internationale prijzen, waaronder:
